Isaiah 3:8

English Standard Version

8 For Jerusalem has stumbled, and Judah has fallen, because their speech and their deeds are against the Lord, defying his glorious presence.[1] (Ps 73:9; Isa 65:3) 

New International Version

8 Jerusalem staggers, Judah is falling; their words and deeds are against the Lord, defying his glorious presence. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 Jerusalem is about to fall. And so is Judah. They say and do things against the LORD. They dare to disobey him to his very face. 

King James Version

8 For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory.
