Isaiah 37:31

English Standard Version

31 And the surviving remnant of the house of Judah shall again take root downward and bear fruit upward. (Isa 27:6) 

New International Version

31 Once more a remnant of the kingdom of Judah will take root below and bear fruit above. 

New International Reader’s Version

31 The people of the kingdom of Judah who are still alive will be like plants. Once more they will put down roots and produce fruit.
