8 Who has purposed this against Tyre, the bestower of crowns, whose merchants were princes, whose traders were the honored of the earth?

8 Who planned this against Tyre, the bestower of crowns, whose merchants are princes, whose traders are renowned in the earth?

8 Tyre was a city that produced kings. Its traders were princes. They were honoured all over the earth. So who planned to destroy such a city?
