Isaiah 10:12

English Standard Version

12 When the Lord has finished all his work on Mount Zion and on Jerusalem, he[1] will punish the speech[2] of the arrogant heart of the king of Assyria and the boastful look in his eyes. (2Ki 19:31; 2Ki 19:35; Isa 29:4; Isa 30:18)

New International Version

12 When the Lord has finished all his work against Mount Zion and Jerusalem, he will say, ‘I will punish the king of Assyria for the wilful pride of his heart and the haughty look in his eyes.

New International Reader’s Version

12 The Lord will finish everything he has planned to do against Mount Zion and Jerusalem. Then he’ll say, ‘Now I will punish the king of Assyria. I will punish him because his heart and his eyes are so proud.

King James Version

12 Wherefore it shall come to pass, that when the Lord hath performed his whole work upon mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the stout heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of his high looks.
