Hebrews 2:15

English Standard Version

15 and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery. (Ro 8:15) 

New International Version

15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 Jesus could set people free who were afraid of death. All their lives they were held as slaves by that fear. 

King James Version

15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
