10 The mountains saw you and writhed; the raging waters swept on; the deep gave forth its voice; it lifted its hands on high. (Ex 14:22; Ex 15:8; Ex 19:18; Jud 5:5; Ps 93:3) 

New International Version

10 the mountains saw you and writhed. Torrents of water swept by; the deep roared and lifted its waves on high. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 The mountains saw you and shook. Floods of water swept by. The sea roared. It lifted its waves high. 

King James Version

10 The mountains saw thee, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high.
