20 And God said, “Let the waters swarm with swarms of living creatures, and let birds[1] fly above the earth across the expanse of the heavens.” 

New International Version

20 And God said, ‘Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

20 God said, ‘Let the seas be filled with living things. Let birds fly above the earth across the huge space of the sky.’ 

King James Version

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
