Galatians 4:23

English Standard Version

23 But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, while the son of the free woman was born through promise. (Ge 17:16; Ge 18:10; Ge 18:14; Ge 21:1; Ro 9:7; Ga 4:28; Ga 4:29; Heb 11:11) 

New International Version

23 His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise. 

New International Reader’s Version

23 Abraham’s son by the slave woman was born in the usual way. But his son by the free woman was born because of God’s promise. 

King James Version

23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
