Ezra 4:24

English Standard Version

24 Then the work on the house of God that is in Jerusalem stopped, and it ceased until the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia. 

New International Version

24 Thus the work on the house of God in Jerusalem came to a standstill until the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia. 

New International Reader’s Version

24 And so the work on the house of God in Jerusalem came to a stop. No more work was done on it until the second year that Darius was king of Persia. 

King James Version

24 Then ceased the work of the house of God which is at Jerusalem. So it ceased unto the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia.
