Ezekiel 28:24

English Standard Version

24 “And for the house of Israel there shall be no more a brier to prick or a thorn to hurt them among all their neighbors who have treated them with contempt. Then they will know that I am the Lord God. (Nu 33:55; Jos 23:13; Eze 16:57; 2Co 12:7) 

New International Version

24 ‘ “No longer will the people of Israel have malicious neighbours who are painful briers and sharp thorns. Then they will know that I am the Sovereign Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

24 ‘ “ ‘The people of Israel will no longer have neighbours who hate them. Those neighbours will not be like sharp and painful thorns anymore. Then Israel will know that I am the LORD and King.’ ” ’ 

King James Version

24 And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn of all that are round about them, that despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
