19 Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “This is the finger of God.” But Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he would not listen to them, as the Lord had said. (Ex 31:18; Ps 8:3; Lu 11:20) 

New International Version

19 the magicians said to Pharaoh, ‘This is the finger of God.’ But Pharaoh’s heart was hard and he would not listen, just as the Lord had said. 

New International Reader’s Version

19 So the magicians said to Pharaoh, ‘God’s powerful finger has done this.’ But Pharaoh remained stubborn. He wouldn’t listen, just as the LORD had said. 

King James Version

19 Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh' heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.
