12 But Moses said to the Lord, “Behold, the people of Israel have not listened to me. How then shall Pharaoh listen to me, for I am of uncircumcised lips?” (Ex 4:10; Ex 6:9; Ex 6:30; Jer 1:6; Jer 6:10; Eze 44:7) 

New International Version

12 But Moses said to the Lord, ‘If the Israelites will not listen to me, why would Pharaoh listen to me, since I speak with faltering lips[1]?’ 

New International Reader’s Version

12 But Moses said to the LORD, ‘The people won’t listen to me. So why would Pharaoh listen to me? After all, I don’t speak very well.’ 

King James Version

12 And Moses spake before the LORD, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips?
