Exodus 37:9

English Standard Version

9 The cherubim spread out their wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces one to another; toward the mercy seat were the faces of the cherubim. 

New International Version

9 The cherubim had their wings spread upwards, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim faced each other, looking towards the cover. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 He made them as part of the cover itself. Their wings spread up over the cover. The cherubim faced each other and looked towards the cover. 

King James Version

9 And the cherubims spread out their wings on high, and covered with their wings over the mercy seat, with their faces one to another; even to the mercy seatward were the faces of the cherubims.
