Exodus 28:30

English Standard Version

30 And in the breastpiece of judgment you shall put the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be on Aaron’s heart, when he goes in before the Lord. Thus Aaron shall bear the judgment of the people of Israel on his heart before the Lord regularly. (Le 8:8; Nu 27:21; De 33:8; 1Sa 23:9; 1Sa 28:6; 1Sa 30:7; Ezr 2:63; Ne 7:65) 

New International Version

30 Also put the Urim and the Thummim in the breastpiece, so they may be over Aaron’s heart whenever he enters the presence of the Lord. Thus Aaron will always bear the means of making decisions for the Israelites over his heart before the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

30 Also put the Urim and Thummim into the chest cloth. Then they will be over Aaron’s heart when he comes to serve the LORD. In that way, Aaron will always have what he needs to make decisions for the people of Israel. He will carry the Urim and Thummim over his heart while he is serving the LORD. 

King James Version

30 And thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron' heart, when he goeth in before the LORD: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the LORD continually.
