7 But the people of Israel were fruitful and increased greatly; they multiplied and grew exceedingly strong, so that the land was filled with them. (Ge 46:3; De 26:5; Ac 7:17) 

New International Version

7 but the Israelites were exceedingly fruitful; they multiplied greatly, increased in numbers and became so numerous that the land was filled with them. 

New International Reader’s Version

7 The people of Israel had many children. The number of them greatly increased. There were so many of them that they filled the land. 

King James Version

7 And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.
