9 Then Moses said to Aaron, “Say to the whole congregation of the people of Israel, ‘Come near before the Lord, for he has heard your grumbling.’” (Ex 4:14; Nu 16:16) 

New International Version

9 Then Moses told Aaron, ‘Say to the entire Israelite community, “Come before the Lord, for he has heard your grumbling.” ’ 

New International Reader’s Version

9 Then Moses told Aaron, ‘Talk to the whole community of Israel. Say to them, “Come to the LORD. He has heard you speak against him.” ’ 

King James Version

9 And Moses spake unto Aaron, Say unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, Come near before the LORD: for he hath heard your murmurings.
