10 Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh, and the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not let the people of Israel go out of his land. (Ex 4:21) 

New International Version

10 Moses and Aaron performed all these wonders before Pharaoh, but the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he would not let the Israelites go out of his country. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 Moses and Aaron performed all these amazing things in the sight of Pharaoh. But the LORD made Pharaoh stubborn. He wouldn’t let the people of Israel go out of his country. 

King James Version

10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh' heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
