8 Therefore it says, “When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men.”[1] (Jud 5:12; Ps 68:18; Col 2:15) 

New International Version

8 This is why it[1] says: ‘When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people.’ (Ps 68:18)
