English Standard Version

13 It is the Lord your God you shall fear. Him you shall serve and by his name you shall swear. (De 10:20; Jos 2:12; Ps 63:11; Isa 45:23; Isa 65:16; Jer 12:16; Mt 4:10; Lu 4:8) 

New International Version

13 Fear the Lord your God, serve him only and take your oaths in his name. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 Worship the LORD your God. He is the only one you should serve. When you make promises, do so in his name.

13 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.
