Deuteronomy 28:37

English Standard Version

37 And you shall become a horror, a proverb, and a byword among all the peoples where the Lord will lead you away. (1Ki 9:7; 2Ch 7:20; Jer 24:9; Jer 25:9; Eze 14:8) 

New International Version

37 You will become a thing of horror, a byword and an object of ridicule among all the peoples where the Lord will drive you. 

New International Reader’s Version

37 You will look very bad to all the nations where the LORD sends you. They will be completely shocked when they see you. They will mock you and make fun of you. 

King James Version

37 And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations whither the LORD shall lead thee.
