8 So I was left alone and saw this great vision, and no strength was left in me. My radiant appearance was fearfully changed,[1] and I retained no strength. (Da 7:28; Da 10:16) 

New International Version

8 So I was left alone, gazing at this great vision; I had no strength left, my face turned deathly pale and I was helpless. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 So I was left alone as I was watching this great vision. I felt very weak. My face turned as pale as death. And I was helpless. 

King James Version

8 Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.
