Amos 1:9

English Standard Version

9 Thus says the Lord: “For three transgressions of Tyre, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment, because they delivered up a whole people to Edom, and did not remember the covenant of brotherhood. (Joe 3:4; Am 1:3) 

New International Version

9 This is what the Lord says: ‘For three sins of Tyre, even for four, I will not relent. Because she sold whole communities of captives to Edom, disregarding a treaty of brotherhood, 

New International Reader’s Version

9 The LORD says, ‘The people of Tyre have sinned again and again. So I will judge them. They captured whole communities. They sold them to Edom. They did not honour the treaty of friendship they had made.

9 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:
