13 and they set up false witnesses who said, “This man never ceases to speak words against this holy place and the law, (Mt 24:15; Ac 6:11; Ac 7:58; Ac 21:28; Ac 25:8)

13 They produced false witnesses, who testified, ‘This fellow never stops speaking against this holy place and against the law. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 They found witnesses who were willing to tell lies. These liars said, ‘This fellow never stops speaking against this holy place. He also speaks against the law.
