1Und der HERR redete zu Mose und Aaron und sprach zu ihnen:2Redet zu den Kindern Israels und sprecht: Das sind die Tiere, die ihr essen dürft von allen Tieren auf Erden: (1Mo 9,3; 5Mo 14,4; Mt 15,11; Röm 14,14; 1Tim 4,4)3Alles, was ganz gespaltene Klauen hat und wiederkäut unter den Tieren, dürft ihr essen. (3Mo 5,2)12Alle Wassertiere, die keine Flossen und Schuppen haben, sollen für euch ein Gräuel sein. (3Mo 11,10)13Von den fliegenden [Tieren] aber sollt ihr diese verabscheuen; man soll sie nicht essen, weil sie ein Gräuel sind: den Adler, den Lämmergeier und den Seeadler, (5Mo 14,12; Mt 24,28)14die Weihe und die Habichtarten,15alle Rabenarten, (5Mo 14,14)16den Strauß, die Eule, die Möwe und die Falkenarten; (5Mo 14,15)17das Käuzchen, den Kormoran, den Ibis,18die Ohreneule, den Pelikan, den Aasgeier,19den Storch, die Reiherarten, den Wiedehopf und die Fledermaus. (5Mo 14,18; Sach 5,9)20Jedes geflügelte Kleingetier, das auf vier Füßen geht, soll für euch ein Gräuel sein. (3Mo 11,23; 5Mo 14,19)21Nur diese dürft ihr essen von dem geflügelten Kleingetier, das auf vier Füßen geht: die oberhalb ihrer Füße zwei Schenkel haben, mit denen sie über den Erdboden hüpfen können.22Von diesen dürft ihr essen: alle Arten der Arbeh-Heuschrecke, alle Arten der Solham-Heuschrecke, der Hargol-Heuschrecke und der Hagab-Heuschrecke. (Mt 3,4; Mk 1,6)23Aber alles [übrige] geflügelte Kleingetier, das auf vier Füßen [geht], soll für euch ein Gräuel sein;24und ihr würdet euch an ihnen verunreinigen; wer ihr Aas anrührt, der soll unrein sein bis zum Abend; (3Mo 11,27; 3Mo 17,15; 4Mo 19,22)25wer aber von ihrem Aas etwas aufhebt, der soll seine Kleider waschen, und er ist unrein bis zum Abend. (3Mo 15,5; 4Mo 19,8; 4Mo 19,10)26Jedes Tier, das nicht zugleich gänzlich gespaltene Klauen hat und wiederkäut, soll für euch unrein sein; jeder, der es anrührt, wird unrein.27Auch alles, was auf seinen Tatzen geht unter den Vierfüßlern, soll für euch unrein sein; jeder, der ihr Aas anrührt, wird unrein sein bis zum Abend; (3Mo 11,20; 3Mo 11,23)28und wer ihr Aas aufhebt, der soll seine Kleider waschen und bleibt unrein bis zum Abend; unrein sollen sie für euch sein. (3Mo 11,24)29Auch diese sollen für euch unrein sein von dem Gewimmel, das auf der Erde kriecht: das Wiesel, die Maus, die verschiedenen Eidechsenarten; (Jes 66,17)30der Gecko, die Mauereidechse, die Letaa-Echse, der Salamander und das Chamäleon.31Diese sollen für euch unrein sein unter allem, was kriecht; wer sie anrührt, wenn sie tot sind, wird unrein sein bis zum Abend. (3Mo 11,8; 3Mo 11,24)32Auch wird alles unrein, worauf eines von diesen Tieren fällt, wenn es tot ist, sei es ein hölzernes Gefäß oder ein Kleid, ein Fell oder ein Sack; ein Gerät aber, mit dem man Arbeit verrichtet, soll man ins Wasser legen, und es soll unrein bleiben bis zum Abend; dann wird es rein. (3Mo 11,33; 3Mo 11,35; 3Mo 15,12)33Fällt aber eines jener Tiere in ein irdenes Geschirr, so wird sein ganzer Inhalt unrein, und ihr müsst es zerbrechen. (3Mo 6,21; 3Mo 15,12)34Wenn etwas von dem Wasser an irgendeine Speise kommt, die man essen will, so wird sie unrein, ebenso jedes Getränk, das man aus einem solchen Gefäß trinken würde.35Alles wird unrein, worauf ein solches Aas fällt; wäre es ein Backofen oder Kochherd, so müsste er eingerissen werden; denn er wäre unrein und müsste euch als unrein gelten. (3Mo 14,45; 3Mo 15,12)36Nur ein Wassersammler, der von einer Quelle oder von einer Zisterne [gespeist wird], bleibt rein; wer aber ein Aas darin anrührt, wird gleichwohl unrein.37Auch wenn von solchem Aas auf irgendwelche Sämereien fällt, die man aussäen will, so bleiben sie rein; (1Kor 15,37; 1Petr 1,23)38wäre aber Wasser auf den Samen gegossen worden und es fiele von solchem Aas darauf, so müsste er euch für unrein gelten.39Stirbt ein Vieh, das euch zur Nahrung dient, so wird, wer sein Aas anrührt, unrein sein bis zum Abend;40und wer von seinem Aas isst, der soll seine Kleider waschen und bleibt unrein bis zum Abend; auch wer sein Aas aufhebt, muss seine Kleider waschen und bleibt unrein bis zum Abend. (3Mo 17,15; 3Mo 22,8; 5Mo 14,21; Hes 4,14; Hes 44,31)41Alles Getier, das auf der Erde kriecht, ist ein Gräuel und darf nicht gegessen werden. (3Mo 11,29; 3Mo 11,31; 3Mo 11,44)42Alles, was auf dem Bauch kriecht, samt allem, was auf vier und mehr Füßen läuft von allem Getier, das auf der Erde kriecht, das sollt ihr nicht essen, denn sie sind ein Gräuel. (1Mo 3,14; Mi 7,17)43Macht euch selbst nicht zu einem Gräuel durch irgendein kriechendes Getier und verunreinigt euch nicht durch sie, sodass ihr dadurch unrein werdet! (3Mo 11,10; 3Mo 11,42; 3Mo 20,25)44Denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott; darum sollt ihr euch heiligen und sollt heilig sein, denn ich bin heilig; und ihr sollt euch nicht verunreinigen mit irgendwelchem Getier, das auf der Erde kriecht! (2Mo 19,6; 3Mo 19,2; 3Mo 20,7; 1Thess 4,3; 1Thess 4,7; Hebr 12,14; 1Petr 1,15; Offb 21,27)45Denn ich, der HERR, bin es, der euch aus dem Land Ägypten heraufgeführt hat, um euer Gott zu sein; darum sollt ihr heilig sein, denn ich bin heilig! (2Mo 6,6; 2Mo 20,2; 3Mo 11,44; 3Mo 20,26; 3Mo 22,32; Ps 105,43)46Dies ist das Gesetz über das Vieh und die Vögel und alle lebendigen Wesen, die sich im Wasser regen und über alles Lebendige, das auf der Erde kriecht, (3Mo 7,37; 3Mo 14,54; 3Mo 15,32; Hes 43,12)47damit man unterscheide zwischen dem Unreinen und dem Reinen, und zwischen den Lebewesen, die man essen, und denen, die man nicht essen soll. (Jes 2,20)20“All winged insects that go on all fours are detestable to you.21Yet among the winged insects that go on all fours you may eat those that have jointed legs above their feet, with which to hop on the ground.22Of them you may eat: the locust of any kind, the bald locust of any kind, the cricket of any kind, and the grasshopper of any kind. (2Mo 10,4; Joe 1,4; Mt 3,4; Mk 1,6)23But all other winged insects that have four feet are detestable to you.24“And by these you shall become unclean. Whoever touches their carcass shall be unclean until the evening,25and whoever carries any part of their carcass shall wash his clothes and be unclean until the evening. Everyone who touches them shall be unclean.27And all that walk on their paws, among the animals that go on all fours, are unclean to you. Whoever touches their carcass shall be unclean until the evening,28and he who carries their carcass shall wash his clothes and be unclean until the evening; they are unclean to you. (3Mo 11,25)29“And these are unclean to you among the swarming things that swarm on the ground: the mole rat, the mouse, the great lizard of any kind, (Jes 66,17)30the gecko, the monitor lizard, the lizard, the sand lizard, and the chameleon.31These are unclean to you among all that swarm. Whoever touches them when they are dead shall be unclean until the evening.32And anything on which any of them falls when they are dead shall be unclean, whether it is an article of wood or a garment or a skin or a sack, any article that is used for any purpose. It must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the evening; then it shall be clean. (3Mo 15,12)33And if any of them falls into any earthenware vessel, all that is in it shall be unclean, and you shall break it. (3Mo 6,28; 3Mo 15,12)34Any food in it that could be eaten, on which water comes, shall be unclean. And all drink that could be drunk from every such vessel shall be unclean.35And everything on which any part of their carcass falls shall be unclean. Whether oven or stove, it shall be broken in pieces. They are unclean and shall remain unclean for you.36Nevertheless, a spring or a cistern holding water shall be clean, but whoever touches a carcass in them shall be unclean.37And if any part of their carcass falls upon any seed grain that is to be sown, it is clean,38but if water is put on the seed and any part of their carcass falls on it, it is unclean to you.39“And if any animal which you may eat dies, whoever touches its carcass shall be unclean until the evening,40and whoever eats of its carcass shall wash his clothes and be unclean until the evening. And whoever carries the carcass shall wash his clothes and be unclean until the evening. (3Mo 11,29)42Whatever goes on its belly, and whatever goes on all fours, or whatever has many feet, any swarming thing that swarms on the ground, you shall not eat, for they are detestable.43You shall not make yourselves detestable with any swarming thing that swarms, and you shall not defile yourselves with them, and become unclean through them. (3Mo 20,25)44For I am the Lord your God. Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy. You shall not defile yourselves with any swarming thing that crawls on the ground. You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.” (2Mo 6,7; 3Mo 11,44)46This is the law about beast and bird and every living creature that moves through the waters and every creature that swarms on the ground,47to make a distinction between the unclean and the clean and between the living creature that may be eaten and the living creature that may not be eaten.
