1 لَا يَدْخُلْ ذُو الْخِصْيَتَيْنِ الْمَرْضُوضَتَيْنِ أَوِ الْمَجْبُوبُ فِي جَمَاعَةِ الرَّبِّ. 2 لَا يَدْخُلِ ابْنُ زِنىً وَلا أَحَدٌ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِ حَتَّى الْجِيلِ الْعَاشِرِ فِي جَمَاعَةِ الرَّبِّ. 3 لَا يَدْخُلْ عَمُّونِيٌّ وَلا مُوآبِيٌّ فِي جَمَاعَةِ الرَّبِّ، وَلا أَحَدٌ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمْ حَتَّى بَعْدَ الْجِيلِ الْعَاشِرِ فِي جَمَاعَةِ الرَّبِّ وَإِلَى الأَبَدِ، 4 لأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَسْتَقْبِلُوكُمْ بِالْخُبْزِ وَالْمَاءِ فِي الطَّرِيقِ عِنْدَ خُرُوجِكُمْ مِنْ مِصْرَ، وَلأَنَّهُمُ اسْتَأْجَرُوا بَلْعَامَ بْنَ بَعُورَ مِنْ فَتُورِ أَرَامِ النَّهْرَيْنِ لِيَلْعَنَكُمْ 5 وَلَكِنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ لَمْ يَشَأْ أَنْ يَسْتَجِيبَ لِبَلْعَامَ، بَلْ حَوَّلَ لأَجْلِكُمُ اللَّعْنَةَ إِلَى بَرَكَةٍ، لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ قَدْ أَحَبَّكُمْ. 6 لَا تَسْعَوْا فِي سَبِيلِ مُسَالَمَتِهِمْ وَخَيْرِهِمْ إِلَى الأَبَدِ. 7 لَا تَمْقُتُوا الأَدُومِيِّينَ لأَنَّهُمْ إِخْوَتُكُمْ، وَلا تَكْرَهُوا الْمِصْرِيِّينَ لأَنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ ضُيُوفاً فِي دِيَارِهِمْ 8 وَمَنْ يُوْلَدُ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمْ فِي الْجِيلِ الثَّالِثِ يَدْخُلُ فِي جَمَاعَةِ الرَّبِّ.

عدم الطهارة في المعسكر

9 إِذَا خَرَجْتُمْ لِمُحَارَبَةِ أَعْدَائِكُمْ فَامْتَنِعُوا عَنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَبِيحٍ 10 فَإِنْ كَانَ بَيْنَكُمْ رَجُلٌ غَيْرَ طَاهِرٍ عَلَى أَثَرِ اسْتِحْلامٍ فَلْيَمْضِ إِلَى خَارِجِ الْمُعَسْكَرِ. لَا يَدْخُلُ إِلَيْهِ. 11 وَعِنْدَ حُلُولِ الْمَسَاءِ يَسْتَحِمُّ بِمَاءٍ، ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ إِلَى الْمُعَسْكَرِ عِنْدَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ. 12 وَعَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ تُحَدِّدُوا مَوْضِعاً لِقَضَاءِ الْحَاجَةِ خَارِجَ الْمُعَسْكَرِ. 13 وَلْيَكُنْ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْكُمْ وَتَدٌ بَيْنَ عَتَادِهِ لِيَحْفُرَ بِهِ حُفْرَةً يَقْضِي فِيهَا حَاجَتَهُ، ثُمَّ يُغَطِّي بِرَازَهُ بِالتُّرَابِ، 14 لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ سَائِرٌ فِي وَسَطِ مُعَسْكَرِكُمْ لِيُنْقِذَكُمْ وَيُظْفِرَكُمْ بِأَعْدَائِكُمْ. فَلْيَكُنْ مُعَسْكَرُكُمْ مُقَدَّساً لِئَلّا يَشْهَدَ فِيهِ أَقْذَاراً فَيَتَحَوَّلَ عَنْكُمْ.

أحكام عامة

15 إِذَا لَجَأَ إِلَيْكُمْ عَبْدٌ هَارِبٌ مِنْ مَوْلاهُ، لَا تُسَلِّمُوهُ إِلَى مَوْلاهُ، 16 بَلْ يُقِيمُ حَيْثُ يَطِيبُ لَهُ فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يَخْتَارُهُ فِي إِحْدَى مُدُنِكُمْ وَلا تَظْلِمُوهُ. 17 لَا يَكُنْ مِنْ بَنَاتِ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلا مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ إِسْرَائِيلَ زَانِيَاتٌ وَمَأْبُونُو مَعَابِدَ. 18 لَا تَأْتُوا بِتَقْدِمَةِ نَذْرٍ مَا إِلَى بَيْتِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ مِنْ مَكْسَبِ زَانِيَةٍ أَوْ مَأْبُونٍ، لأَنَّ كِلَيْهِمَا رِجْسٌ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ. 19 لَا تَتَقَاضَوْا فَوَائِدَ عَمَّا تُقْرِضُونَهُ لإِخْوَتِكُمْ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، سَوَاءٌ كَانَتِ الْقُرُوضُ فِضَّةً أَوْ أَطْعِمَةً أَوْ أَيَّ شَيْءٍ آخَرَ. 20 أَمَّا الأَجْنَبِيُّ فَأَقْرِضُوهُ بِرِباً. إِنَّمَا إِيَّاكُمْ إِقْرَاضَ أَخِيكُمْ بِفَائِدَةٍ، لِيُبَارِكَكُمُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَا تُنْتِجُهُ أَيْدِيكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ الَّتِي أَنْتُمْ مَاضُونَ لاِمْتِلاكِهَا. 21 إِذَا نَذَرْتُمْ نَذْراً لِلرَّبِّ فَلا تُمَاطِلُوا فِي الْوَفَاءِ بِهِ، لأَنَّ إِلَهَكُمْ يُطَالِبُكُمْ بِهِ وَيَحْسَبُ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْكُمْ ذَنْباً 22 وَإِنْ لَمْ تَنْذِرُوا لَا تَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ خَطِيئَةٌ. 23 أَمَّا مَا تَعَهَّدَتْ بِهِ شَفَتَاكَ فَذَاكَ احْفَظْهُ وَأَوْفِهِ، كَمَا نَذَرْتَ طَوَاعِيَةً لِلرَّبِّ إِلَهِكَ، وَكَمَا تَعَهَّدَ بِهِ فَمُكَ. 24 إِذَا دَخَلْتَ كَرْمَ عِنَبِ جَارِكَ فَكُلْ مِنْهُ بِقَدْرِ مَا تَشْتَهِي نَفْسُكَ حَتَّى الشَّبْعِ، وَلَكِنْ لَا تَقْطِفْ مِنْ عِنَبِهِ وَتَضَعْهُ فِي وِعَائِكَ. 25 إِذَا دَخَلْتَ حَقْلَ قَمْحِ صَاحِبِكَ فَاقْطِفْ مِنْ سَنَابِلِهِ، وَلَكِنْ لَا تَحْصُدْ مِنْهُ بِمِنْجَلِكَ.

Le persone escluse dall’assemblea

1 «L’eunuco, a cui sono stati infranti o mutilati i genitali, non entrerà nell’assemblea del Signore. 2 Il bastardo non entrerà nell’assemblea del Signore; nessuno dei suoi discendenti, neppure alla decima generazione, entrerà nell’assemblea del Signore. 3 L’Ammonita e il Moabita non entreranno nell’assemblea del Signore; nessuno dei loro discendenti, neppure alla decima generazione, entrerà nell’assemblea del Signore; 4 non vi entreranno mai, perché non vi vennero incontro con il pane e con l’acqua durante il vostro viaggio, quando usciste dall’Egitto, e perché assoldarono a tuo danno Balaam, figlio di Beor, da Petor in Mesopotamia, per maledirti. 5 Ma il Signore, il tuo Dio, non volle ascoltare Balaam; e il Signore, il tuo Dio, mutò per te la maledizione in benedizione, perché il Signore, il tuo Dio, ti ama. 6 Non cercherai mai la loro pace né la loro prosperità, finché tu viva. 7 Non detesterai l’Idumeo, poiché egli è tuo fratello; non detesterai l’Egiziano, perché fosti straniero nel suo paese; 8 i figli che nasceranno loro potranno, alla terza generazione, entrare nell’assemblea del Signore.

Prescrizioni relative all’impurità

9 «Quando uscirai e ti accamperai contro i tuoi nemici, guàrdati da ogni cosa malvagia. 10 Se c’è qualcuno in mezzo a te che è impuro a causa di un accidente notturno, uscirà dall’accampamento e non vi rientrerà; 11 verso sera si laverà con acqua e dopo il tramonto del sole potrà rientrare nell’accampamento. 12 Avrai pure un luogo fuori dell’accampamento e là fuori andrai per i tuoi bisogni; 13 fra i tuoi utensili avrai una pala con la quale, quando vorrai andare fuori per i tuoi bisogni, scaverai la terra e coprirai i tuoi escrementi. 14 Infatti il Signore, il tuo Dio, cammina in mezzo al tuo accampamento per proteggerti e per sconfiggere i tuoi nemici davanti a te; perciò il tuo accampamento dovrà essere santo, affinché egli non veda in mezzo a te nulla d’indecente e non si ritiri da te. 15 Non consegnerai al suo padrone uno schiavo che, dopo averlo lasciato, si sarà rifugiato presso di te. 16 Rimarrà da te, nel tuo paese, nel luogo che avrà scelto, in quella delle tue città che gli parrà meglio; e non lo molesterai. 17 Non vi sarà alcuna prostituta tra le figlie d’Israele, né vi sarà alcun uomo che si prostituisca tra i figli d’Israele. 18 Non porterai nella casa del Signore tuo Dio il guadagno di una prostituta né il prezzo di un cane, per sciogliere un qualsiasi voto, poiché sono entrambi abominevoli per il Signore tuo Dio. 19 Non farai al tuo prossimo prestiti a interesse, né di denaro, né di viveri, né di qualsiasi cosa che si presta a interesse. 20 Allo straniero potrai prestare a interesse, ma non al tuo prossimo, affinché il Signore, il tuo Dio, ti benedica in tutto ciò cui metterai mano nel paese dove stai per entrare per prenderne possesso.

21 «Quando avrai fatto un voto al Signore tuo Dio, non tarderai ad adempierlo poiché il Signore, il tuo Dio, te ne domanderebbe certamente conto e tu saresti colpevole; 22 ma se ti astieni dal fare voti non commetti peccato. 23 Mantieni e metti in pratica la parola uscita dalle tue labbra: opera secondo il voto che avrai fatto volontariamente al Signore tuo Dio e che la tua bocca avrà pronunciato. 24 Quando entrerai nella vigna del tuo prossimo, potrai a tuo piacere mangiare uva a sazietà, ma non ne metterai nel tuo paniere. 25 Quando entrerai nei campi di grano del tuo prossimo potrai cogliere spighe con la mano; ma non metterai la falce nel grano del tuo prossimo.

Those Excluded from the Assembly

1 “No one whose testicles are crushed or whose male organ is cut off shall enter the assembly of the LORD. 2 “No one born of a forbidden union may enter the assembly of the LORD. Even to the tenth generation, none of his descendants may enter the assembly of the LORD. (زك 9:6) 3 “No Ammonite or Moabite may enter the assembly of the LORD. Even to the tenth generation, none of them may enter the assembly of the LORD forever, (نح 13:1; نح 13:2) 4 because they did not meet you with bread and with water on the way, when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you. Uncleanness in the Camp

9 “When you are encamped against your enemies, then you shall keep yourself from every evil thing. 10 “If any man among you becomes unclean because of a nocturnal emission, then he shall go outside the camp. He shall not come inside the camp, (لا 15:16) 11 but when evening comes, he shall bathe himself in water, and as the sun sets, he may come inside the camp. (لا 15:5) 12 “You shall have a place outside the camp, and you shall go out to it. 13 And you shall have a trowel with your tools, and when you sit down outside, you shall dig a hole with it and turn back and cover up your excrement. 14 Because the LORD your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and to give up your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be holy, so that he may not see anything indecent among you and turn away from you.
