Ich bin der HERR.7Die Blöße deines Vaters und die Blöße deiner Mutter sollst du nicht aufdecken; sie ist deine Mutter, du sollst ihre Blöße nicht aufdecken. (5Mo 27,22; 2Sam 13,12)10Die Blöße der Tochter deines Sohnes oder der Tochter deiner Tochter – ihre Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken, denn es ist deine Blöße.11Die Blöße der Tochter der Frau deines Vaters, von deinem Vater gezeugt – sie ist deine Schwester, ihre Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken.12Die Blöße der Schwester deines Vaters sollst du nicht aufdecken; sie ist die Blutsverwandte[4] deines Vaters.13Die Blöße der Schwester deiner Mutter sollst du nicht aufdecken, denn sie ist die Blutsverwandte[5] deiner Mutter.14Die Blöße des Bruders deines Vaters sollst du nicht aufdecken; seiner Frau sollst du dich nicht nähern, sie ist deine Tante.15Die Blöße deiner Schwiegertochter sollst du nicht aufdecken; sie ist die Frau deines Sohnes, ihre Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken. (1Mo 38,18; Hes 22,11)16Die Blöße der Frau deines Bruders sollst du nicht aufdecken; es ist die Blöße deines Bruders. (Mt 14,3)17Die Blöße einer Frau und ihrer Tochter sollst du nicht aufdecken; die Tochter ihres Sohnes und die Tochter ihrer Tochter sollst du nicht nehmen, um ihre Blöße aufzudecken; sie sind deine Blutsverwandten[6]: Es ist eine Schandtat. (5Mo 27,23)18Und du sollst nicht eine Frau zu ihrer Schwester nehmen, ⟨sie⟩ eifersüchtig zu machen[7], indem du ihre Blöße neben ihr aufdeckst bei ihrem Leben[8]. –19Und einer Frau in der Absonderung[9] ihrer Unreinheit sollst du nicht nahen, um ihre Blöße aufzudecken.20Und bei der Frau deines Nächsten sollst du nicht zur Begattung liegen, dass du durch sie unrein wirst. – (Spr 6,29; Hes 18,6; Hebr 13,4)21Und von deinen Nachkommen sollst du nicht ⟨einen⟩ hingeben, um sie dem Moloch durch ⟨das Feuer⟩ gehen zu lassen[10]. Und du sollst den Namen deines Gottes nicht entweihen. Ich bin der HERR. – (3Mo 20,3; 3Mo 21,6; 3Mo 22,2; 3Mo 24,15; 5Mo 12,31; 2Kön 16,3; Ps 106,37; Jer 7,31; Am 2,7)22Und bei einem Mann sollst du nicht liegen, wie man bei einer Frau liegt: Ein Gräuel ist es. (1Mo 19,5)23Und bei keinem Vieh sollst du liegen, sodass du dich an ihm unrein machst. Und eine Frau soll sich nicht vor ein Vieh hinstellen, damit es sie begattet: Es ist eine schändliche Befleckung. (2Mo 22,18)24Macht euch nicht unrein durch all dieses! Denn durch all dieses haben die Nationen sich unrein gemacht, die ich vor euch vertreibe. (5Mo 9,4; 2Chr 33,2)25Und das Land wurde unrein gemacht, und ich suchte seine Schuld an ihm heim, und das Land spie seine Bewohner aus. (4Mo 35,34; Esr 9,11; Ps 106,38; Jer 2,7; Jer 5,9; Hes 36,17)26Ihr aber, ihr sollt meine Ordnungen und meine Rechtsbestimmungen halten, und ihr sollt nichts tun von all diesen Gräueln, der Einheimische und der Fremde, der in eurer Mitte als Fremder wohnt –27denn all diese Gräuel haben die Menschen des Landes getan, die vor euch ⟨da⟩ waren, und das Land ist unrein gemacht worden –,28damit das Land euch nicht ausspeit[11], wenn ihr es unrein macht, ebenso wie es die Nation ausgespien hat, die vor euch ⟨da⟩ war;29denn jeder, der etwas von all diesen Gräueln tut – die Personen[12], die es tun, sollen ausgerottet werden aus der Mitte ihres Volkes. (2Mo 30,33; Mal 2,12)30Und ihr sollt meine Vorschriften halten[13], damit ihr keine der gräulichen Bräuche[14] übt, die vor euch geübt worden sind. Ihr sollt euch nicht durch sie unrein machen. I am the LORD.7‘ “Do not bring shame on your father by having sex with your mother. Do not have sex with her. She is your mother.8‘ “Do not have sex with any other wife of your father. That would bring shame on your father.9‘ “Do not have sex with your sister. It does not matter whether she is your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter. It does not matter whether she was born in the same home as you were or somewhere else.10‘ “Do not have sex with your son’s daughter or your daughter’s daughter. That would bring shame on you.11‘ “Do not have sex with the daughter of your father’s wife. She was born to your father. She is your sister.12‘ “Do not have sex with your father’s sister. She is a close relative on your father’s side.13‘ “Do not have sex with your mother’s sister. She is a close relative on your mother’s side.14‘ “Do not bring shame on your father’s brother by having sex with his wife. She is your aunt.15‘ “Do not have sex with your daughter-in-law. She is your son’s wife. Do not have sex with her.16‘ “Do not have sex with your brother’s wife. That would bring shame on your brother.17‘ “Do not have sex with both a woman and her daughter. Do not have sex with either her son’s daughter or her daughter’s daughter. They are close relatives on her side. Having sex with them is an evil thing.18‘ “Do not take your wife’s sister as another wife and have sex with her. Do not do it while your wife is still living.19‘ “Do not have sex with a woman during her monthly period. She is ‘unclean’ at that time.20‘ “Do not have sex with your neighbour’s wife. That would make you ‘unclean’.21‘ “Do not hand over any of your children to be sacrificed to the god Molek. That would be treating my name as if it were not holy. I am the LORD your God.22‘ “Do not have sex with a man as you would have sex with a woman. I hate that.23‘ “Do not have sex with an animal. Do not make yourself ‘unclean’ by doing that. A woman must not offer herself to an animal to have sex with it. That is a wrong use of sex.24‘ “Do not make yourselves ‘unclean’ in any of these ways. That is how other nations became ‘unclean’. So I am going to drive those nations out of the land to make room for you.25Even their land was not ‘clean’. So I punished it because of its sin. The land itself threw out the people who lived there.26But you must keep my rules and my laws. You must not do any of the things I hate. It does not matter whether you are Israelites or outsiders.27All these things were done by the people who lived in the land before you. That is how the land became ‘unclean’.28If you make the land ‘unclean’, it will throw you out. It will get rid of you just as it got rid of the nations there before you.29‘ “Suppose you do any of the things I hate. Then you must be separated from your people.30Do exactly what I require. When you arrive in Canaan, do not follow any of the practices of its people. I hate the things they do. Do not make yourselves ‘unclean’ by doing them. I am the LORD your God.” ’
