And when he arrived, they took him to the upper room. On seeing them, Paul thanked God and took courage.Ga 3:8And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.”Eph 3:8To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,Ac 5:17But the high priest rose up, and all who were with him (that is, the party of the Sadducees), and filled with jealousyAc 1:9And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.1Co 15:6Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.Ac 21:17When we had come to Jerusalem, the brothers received us gladly.Ac 1:3He presented himself alive to them after his suffering by many proofs, appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God.Eph 1:1Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful in Christ Jesus:Ac 13:48And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.Ac 7:55But he, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.2Th 2:13But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you as the firstfruits to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.Ac 9:31So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied.Ac 13:43And after the meeting of the synagogue broke up, many Jews and devout converts to Judaism followed Paul and Barnabas, who, as they spoke with them, urged them to continue in the grace of God.Ac 11:28And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the world (this took place in the days of Claudius).1Co 16:15Now I urge you, brothers—you know that the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints—Ac 15:25it has seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to choose men and send them to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,Ac 6:7And the word of God continued to increase, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith.Ac 6:1Now in these days when the disciples were increasing in number, a complaint by the Hellenists arose against the Hebrews because their widows were being neglected in the daily distribution.Ac 20:11And when Paul had gone up and had broken bread and eaten, he conversed with them a long while, until daybreak, and so departed.Ac 13:47For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, “‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”
